Salon Protocol for COVID - 19

We appreciate our “Amazing Clients” and it is our most important mission during these unique times, to keep our clients healthy and informed. During this New Transition, we want to keep everyone informed so that we can assure each client has a relaxing and safe experience during their visit to the Salon.

It is important to us, to make sure that all our Clients have read the New Salon Protocol and have Signed the New Covid Form, to assure everyone’s health and safety.

• This is such a hard for us, but we sadly cannot handshake or give our usual “Big Hug” Greetings at this time, but maybe a welcoming elbow.
  
  
• Beverages and Food will not be permitted in the Salon for health and safety.
  
  
• Upon arriving at the Salon for your Appointment, you will have your Temperature taken with a Touchless Thermometer so that we can assure everyone's safety.
  
  
• All Appointments should be Scheduled either by Phone or Email to the Salon, and make sure it is confirmed with your Dylan Keith Team Member.
  
  
• Our Clients and Professional Guests must wear a Face Mask or Face Shield prior to entering into the Salon. If you have forgotten a Mask, we will have them available to Purchase and we can bring it to you prior to entering the Salon.
  
  
• We kindly ask that all of our Clients only bring the basics of what you will need during your Scheduled Appointment. (i.e. Cash, Credit Card, Phone, Keys)
  
  
• Once the Salon has completed your Service, should you like to purchase any Salon Items and Hair Care Products, we will bring you your Total, Complete your Payment Transaction and will have your items packed and ready to go for you.
  
  
• We encourage our Clients that like to keep a consistent schedule, to plan ahead and schedule their next appointments accordingly.
